At LumiOri, each product is made to order using limited-edition matirals crafted in small batches. Because of the artisanal nature and exclusivity of our materials, we gladly offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items, while refunds are reserved for exceptional circumstances, at LumiOri’s sole discretion.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
We accept exchange or store credit requests for clothing that is:
• New, unworn, and unaltered
• Free of any damage caused after delivery
• Returned with original LumiOri tags and packaging
Requests must be made within 14 days of order delivery.
Please note: As our silk prints and colorways are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are only possible if the same fabric and design remain available at the time of your request.
Return Shipping
• Hong Kong customers: Complimentary return shipping is provided.
• International customers: Please arrange and cover your own return shipping costs. If a refund is approved and the return shipping cost has not been paid, LumiOri reserves the right to deduct this amount from the refund total.

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
To begin your request, please email service@lumiori.life with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in rare and exceptional cases, such as production defects or errors confirmed by our quality assurance team. All refund decisions are made at LumiOri’s discretion.
